Bridget and I went snowboarding at Grouse Mountain today. They’ve received 40cm in the last few days and had a base of 140cm today. The snow was great and their new high-speed chairs are superb. It was Bridget’s second time snowboarding and by the end of the day she was linking turns and riding quite comfortably – I’m looking forward to watching her progress.
There’s more snow in the forecast so I expect we’ll be up the local hills fairly regularly in December. I’ll keep you posted on our experiences.
