Making it better for homeless

I was reading’s cool-news newsletter this morning and they had an interesting article about dealing with the plight of the homeless in the US.

Essentially they treated the homeless like a market segment and conducted research to determine what it is that homeless people want. It turns out that in most cases they are just looking for a room to live in.
