A competition to get Windows XP running on an Intel version of the Apple Mac has already been won.
Blogger Colin Nederkoorn started the competition by putting up $100 of his own money as a prize.
Apple usually delivers on their promises when they talk to the media. Apple had been stirring the pot a little, hyping an announcement for Feb 28 for a while. The announcements on Feb 28 ended up being an intel-based mac mini and a boom-box to plug you Ipod into. Neither product is revolutionary in any way and I’ve gotta say I was awfully disappointed, which doesn’t usually happen with Mac.
