Soya ain't so healthy?

Soya’s only been in use in North America since the mid 1940’s. Scientists have started to look into the bean’s effect on our health and the news isn’t “all good”.

Many of the current uses for soya were developed to sell what was originally waste from the processing of soya. The following article gives a thorough account of soya history, its potential health effects - negative and positive, and a look into the business of soya.

I read the same article and blogged about it - I’ll be cutting soya out of my diet!
