The Noodle Box, from Victoria, has opened it’s doors in a brand new location on West 4th in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood.
Jodi Mann and Nick Crooks have partnered up with Front of House Manager Suzanne Goligher and Head Chef Robin Donio to share a new option with Vancouver. It’s a cafe style, South East Asian noodle bar serving up stir fried noodles in a box for take-away or a bowl for eating-in. Each meal is prepared to order in an open kitchen by highly skilled cooks and roaring flames. Some refer to it as dinner and a show.
Here’s a review from the Globe & Mail: Taking great Asian food off the street

Oh my!
My wife will be excited to see this…We’ve been eating Noodle Box since it was a small kiosk on a small trailer in Victoria’s Chinatown.
We’ve missed it (and Nick and Jodi) since we’ve been here in Vancouver.
Jordan thanks for lunch today. We’ll have to head down to the Noodlebox sometime, maybe take the ladies with us.
You have posted the wrong number for the noodle box here pal – guy at 736-1310 is perplexed a wee bit ticked… good for you for ranking high on google with Noodle Box though. well done.
NOT “6” = 73FOUR-1310.
cheers

@Meg: Thanks for the heads up on the number. Strange that no one mentioned it before.
The Noodle Box is one of the best places in Victoria to grab lunch. Happy to see a location in Vancouver.
Good luck!
