Canucks Update: Kesler out with broken finger

I just got off the phone with a friend who mentioned he’d heard Kesler broke his finger in last night’s marathon hockey game. I looked online and found an update on TSN:

Ryan Kesler is out 4-5 weeks with a broken left index finger. He was operated on Thursday and had pins inserted.

It’s too bad – it was his first game back after surgery and he played very well. Let’s hope Cooke, Burrows, and Green all have speedy recoveries!

Go Canucks!

  1. I am hoping that Rypien will be let in to play to elevate the Grit that Kesler added.
