@Brenna: I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to meet at this year's event. Hopefully next year we'll get the opportunity. I hope you're feeling better!

@Raul: The event was amazing - just like every year. The weather was incredible - in the 30's the day of the tournament. I had a great team to play with - and most importantly, a ton of money was raised for CF. I will try to get an event recap together next week - but I'm off to my brother's wedding now and don't have time for anything!!

That's great. I guess we can call them eco-friendly caddies. One thing though, what happens when the llama does his natural urges?

Jeremy:

I would, under different circumstances, be meeting you today. I'm a friend of Kim and Chris and worked with Rod on a CF event here in North Carolina. I was suppose to be in Campbell River for the event but took ill in March and had to cancel. I look forward to the pictures and please e-mail me and tell me how things went. All the best and maybe next year!

@Yvan - You asked about whether the electric bbq will cook at 1/2" steak like a gas bbq does. It really depends how you cook your steak. I believe a 1/2" steak should be cooked at medium heat, so an electric bbq can certainly do the job. The electric bbq even cooks at high fairly well. The biggest difference I've seen as fair as electric bbqs go is that you can't change the heat quickly up or down - it takes time. With gas you go from medium to high or high to low in an instant.

I'll have to do a review of this one. Do NOT dare do Red Burrito or I'll dis-own you as a friend, Jeremy, hehehehe (I am just kidding).

La Casita does not appeal to me. But Salsa and Agave for sure (Yaletown) -- we should do lunch there sometime!
